Thursday.

I awake to the first day of December, and my third day to go into Truro, today’s journey was to check on a payment I made early in November, it was for a new mobile phone as I had promised to give my iPhone to my son, he will get more out of smart-phone than I will ever!

You would think you could just pickup a phone and sort things out but it not so easy, the only line I can on to is one with a female vice, it’s a pleasant voice that leads me no where but no-ware. I’m not one who takes against a female but this one now grates against my ear like a Dalek.

From there I can unlock my phone, set up my phone for going abroad, my them – I’m ‘pay as you go’ The list is almost endless – the only exception is talking to a human – Delek’s don’t count. All the other numbers I find don’t work as if the firm had cessed to exist.

I passed my problem over to my Daughter, she found a line that was live in ten minutes, I take some pleasure it took her ten minutes where as I failed over three weeks!

Friday

I slept over massively, Lola demanded breakfast at six o clock, I went down in my pyjamas and that was a mistake, December the second is not the time to hang around in your pyjamas; and Lola enjoying her sniff round the lawn.

It was ten thirty when my eyes opened, one good thing of getting up then was the sun light was illuminating the curtains, pink is not my colour at any time but it is better than a very dull six o clock awake.

Strangely I did well once I was up, Ron have made me the wooden formers for the star I’m making for the Church flower Ladies; I got into the Church Hall at twelve o clock. I gathered all my bits together and started, by four I had made two pairs of triangle’s each with more chicken wire inside the triangle’s; to give the flowers more grip – I hope!

Saturday morning for me began at five o clock in the night, it was Lola’s inpatient bark it is never Ziggy in the small hours, so I’m down stars in my pyjamas and watching our little friend walking in the lawn.

In a few minuets after being back in bed I was asleep again, once more I overslept and didn’t hear My Daughter going to work to about six thirty, it was my printer that awoke me as I looked up thinking that’s odd, I raised enough to the see the lights going on and off and listing to the clicking sound of the printer setting up to print; a ghost in the machine!

Nothing came out and the printer rested, looking to alarm clock I saw the display flashing – alarmed clock! It was a power cut, the printer sorts its self the alarm clock needs my fingers to use old and stiff buttons to reset time and the alarm sitting; should if I need waking …………..

This is the dog who wants’ early breakfasts .........
