It’s Sunday, ‘my’ Patriots won a close one, and I just tried to see the International Space Station off to the southwest. (No dice on that last one – she must have been too low…)
The holiday music started last Friday. I don’t mind the music, but the timing AND the advertising is way, way off!
Stores have had their Christmas displays up since Labor Day fer cryin’ out loud, and the Black Friday promotions are for…what - so you can stay up all night to fight the crowds and MAYBE get a bargain?
Christmas is probably my favorite holiday of the year. I love the colder weather (we woke up to SNOW this morning! :-) ), and being raised to believe that Santa is the “Spirit of Giving”, I kinda go overboard with the ‘giving’ side of things. I’ve had to learn to give others the same opportunity so they can have the same feeling, but the elf in me says otherwise! :-)

Black Friday scares the crap out of me. I would never ever go shopping on that day if I lived in the states.
