Watergate Salad Receipe in Day to day life from a woman that turned 60 in Oct 2014 and who lives on a farm and Retired on January 2, 2016. I plan to do more sewing, work outside in the yard and just enjoy my retirement.

WATERGATE SALAD
• 1(4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
• 1cup miniature marshmallow
• 1⁄2cup chopped pecans
• 1 3⁄4cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
1. Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Gently stir in whipped topping.
3. Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve.
