teeth. in yes i'm aware it's 2016.

meanwhile in my world.

i’m not sure.if this will help others bc i don’t know how they are about this kindof thing. but I don’t like brushing my teeth.and I’m not the only one my psych. doesn’t enjoy it either. and I don’t brush my gums bc it tickles and I hate being tickled. my god i hate it. cause when I am I panic and it’s not good.no.
so recently.like w/i the last 2 wks. recently. I’ve figured out a new way to do this. Well at my mom’s I brush my teeth like usual and then I get a qtip and put warm/hot water and then toothpaste on it and run it across my gums.and it seems to be helping. [of course people can use any temperature water they want. i just use warm/hot bc i have sensitive teeth].

so yeah.
