It’s really too early for me to be writing. I don’t know if my brain is fully functioning. Lemme go get some coffee and smoke a cig and I’ll brb.
Hot coffee! HOT! dammit. burned my tongue.
Didn’t sleep much again. The pull out bed is just so uncomfortable. Throw in all the chronic pain and it’s damn near impossible to find a good position to sleep. I ordered a mattress topper but it’ll be a week until I get it. … I feel like I already wrote this. Meh. Maybe I should look at my previous entries before I start writing.
I bought a set of PJ’s the other week. I never wear PJs but lol didn’t exactly have a choice. They are comfie, for sure. I didn’t know what I was missing out on. Granted, now that I’m in my own place I don’t use them for the intended purpose of sleeping in them, though. And I guess I should change into some real clothes, but I’m going to bask in the glory of softness for a little while longer.
I can’t wait to get my coloring station put back together. One of my sistahs from another mistah gave me a grey scale coloring book that I want to work in. I guess I should finish what I’m working on first, but I don’t like the way it’s turning out. I may be able to fix it, but… I’m just not happy with it.
The thing about grey scale coloring is that you can’t use any blending methods, like blender pens or vaseline. It smears the ink underneath. So you do have to be careful with your pencil strokes… that sounds dirty… Anyways, the only way you can really blend is to use a white pencil to smooth it out. Obviously that means testing colors so you don’t go too light blah blah blah. I like grey scale though. It isn’t as hard as people think it is. When the adult coloring craze hit, one of the first pictures I colored was a grey scale for an ex boyfriend. It came out fabulous. Once I get my computer back I’ll have to find it and post it.
I think I’ve babbled enough.
I leave you with this.
