so apparently. well so susie stopped working for support and I was supposed to get a new lady Sara but yesterday when I asled her um Laura told me that Sara had stopped working there. so for right now Laura’s going to be the person and we don’t know when i’m getting another new person. [again]. [i mean i can guess].

so yeah.
