I’ll just put my mother because I don’t think it will have been anyone else.

Do you put Butter before putting the peanut butter on?
Is that a thing?

One of your stuffed animals’ names as a kid?
Just because you put a question mark at the end of a weird phrase doesn’t make it a question. Does this mean which of my stuffed animals would I name my kid after? Cuz if I have a boy, I’m naming him Big Flopsy just for the awkwardness in the locker room during his teen years…

Did you ever own at one time a Barenaked Ladies Cd?
I had one of their songs on a compilation but I never sought out their music to purchase.

Favourite day of the week?
I don’t have a favorite day of the week any longer.

Most “frequent” played or most played? Let me see if I can figure this out. It’s actually Linus & Lucy but that’s because it’s the anniversary of Joe’s death. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, read my Music for Lovers entry.

Do you use umbrellas?
I miss needing to use umbrellas. I hate California.

Do you know all the words to the Canadian national anthem?
Canada is selfish enough to have a national anthem?

Before I moved to LA, I had no idea who the Smiths were and would have most definitely said the Cure. But now I have to admit that I like Morrissey’s bizarre depression.

Closer to mom or dad…or neither?
Physically closer or emotionally? Because I’m physically close to both, but emotionally, we’re all inhabiting different planets.

What age is this exciting life over for you?
Huh? “Exciting”? When I die… What a stupid question.

What decade during the 20th century would you have chosen to be a teenager?
I’d probably adjust it a little so that I’d be a teenager in the 80s so I could be in my 20s in the 90s. I probably wouldn’t survive the AIDS epidemic, but it’d be fabulous!

Favorite shoes you have EVER owned?
Do people really have favorite shoes?

Do you have an article of clothing you have had since you were in high school?
Despite the fact that late last year I fit back into my high school Levi’s, the only thing that I still wear is a black t-shirt that says “Be the Moon” on the front. It still boggles my mind that I fit into it.

It’s my Bible. I’ve been rewatching it lately.

Hats are for bald people.
