About half an hour of bjj today, followed by a 2 mile 30 minute run. Feels good to be running again although my lower right calf feels pulled or something. Hoping it works itself out.
Tomorrow is a rest day ( = sleep in day!!) so that will be good. Hopefully I'll get to the rec to run on Sunday, but we'll see.
I need to buy food, I have essentially nothing but ramen noodles and ice cream in the house. Seriously. And a jar of pickles in the fridge. sad, sad.
