At the beach! in In the Kingdom of Suzu

We made it to the Outer Banks safe and sound altho it was a long day. Even tho we left Friday night and drove 4 hours of an 8 hour drive, we didn’t arrive at the house until 6:30 Saturday night. We did stop at my MIL’s on the way to have lunch with her and a visit, stayed a little longer than we intended to. It was hard to just eat and run. Then we stopped for some groceries, then to get some barbecue at our favorite restaurant for dinner and made a final stop at a swim shop since PrincessL forgot her bathing suit bottoms at her dad’s. While there, Princess M asked if she could get a suit and Jeff picked up a visor and sweatshirt jacket since he had forgotten to pack his. Finally we got to the house and unpacked, ate some cue and chilled out.

Weather has been nice, will go into more details later.
