I was just reading a thread on r/relationships about a lady who works full time and goes to nursing school full time doesn't have time for sex with her husband. That's not the issue I care about though. Someone said that "your husband is your number one priority, yes even over the kids." Um, no. I don't agree with that AT ALL. I'm sorry, but my kids are more important than Jacob. And I don't want to marry someone who thinks I am more important than our children. Jacob is on the same page as I am about this, we have talked about it. We love Cannon (and will love New Baby) more than we love each other. It is just how it is and I believe it is perfectly, completely healthy.
Anyway.
I got no sleep last night and I have no idea why. I was falling asleep when I was trying to get Cannon to sleep. But then when I got to actually go to bed, I was tossing and turning until 5 to 6 in the morning. Cannon woke up at 9. I just don't understand why someone as tired as I am CAN'T sleep. I'm really grumpy and I can't function well.
Cannon has been learning and doing a lot more things lately, all at once. It's pretty cool.
I start school a week from next Tuesday and I'm looking forward to it, but I also feel too tired for it. sigh. I'm never not exhausted. It is really, really annoying.
