I had a wonderful day yesterday I woke up at 4 am . I did a lot of reading. My worker didn’t come. I read most of the morning. I read a chapter on personal injury law in the 19th century. The author called them torts. I actually understood some of what I read It was pretty interesting.

I am bothered by depression today. It isn’t so bad. I just feel kind of sad. I was up at 5 and I just couldn’t get into my book today. I kept thinking about crap. I tried to change my thinking. I played a lot of chess games on the computer and I went to history channel to play their history trivia game. This kept my mind free of bad thoughts but it was a complete waste of time.

Today I have an eye appointment. Hopefully I will get my new glasses today. Case manager is picking me up at 12:45pm. We are going to the Ohio Valley Vision Center for an eye exam. I m hoping I will get my glasses today so we do not have to make another trip over. to Steubenville. I am really excited about these new glasses. Ones I have now are being held together by tape.

Well that is about it. Life is good.
