today in annoying exercise book

Hour of mma 101, then 5 rounds of fitness. Followed by chai and chicken salad at MC. Woot. still 156 (154 without clothe. trying to Eat better. Ha. Or eat at all is the key. Ok autocorrect on my phone is driving me nuts. Time to work anyways....
