These aren't the droids you're looking for in Everything

FX had been playing all the Star Wars movies at various times over the past week or so. I’ve seen all of them more times than I can count. Being the old guy that I am, I remember seeing the original “Star Wars” in the theater. The one thing that has really stood out to me especially watching them this time is that, aren’t the storm troopers supposed to be clones of Jango Fett? And if so, why are they so completely inept? Jango was pretty bad ass and as far as I could tell seemed pretty competent, he had a good head on his shoulders, until spoiler alert it fell off. I know when you make a copy it doesn’t always come out as sharp as the original but Bobba was a clone and he seemed to be pretty competent as well. Especially the storm troopers on the forest moon of Endor, they were completely useless, they were overpowered and outsmarted by a bunch of teddy bears. And am I the only one waiting for Tarantino to make “Jango (Fett) Unchained”? Not really sure how I wound up on that subject but whatevs. It’s been cold lately, I know I live in New Hampshire so it’s kind of supposed to be cold but damn. Trying to start your car in the morning when It’s below zero is not fun for anyone, global warming my ass.
