eyes are always watching you
but they’re kind eyes
you think you’re being monitored but
you’re really just being
protected from afar
Boo Radley just wanted Scout safe
he might not speak
he might shake just like a leaf
he might not be completely there
it’s the way he knows how to care

the eyes are watching, yes
but not exactly watching you
they’re watching out for you
it’s weird but true
things will prob’ly be okay
he’s watching out for you
