yeah so like i mentioned in my previous entry valerie’s a bit weird. well ok so this isn’t such a weird thing. My biggest problem w/ her.as i might’ve mentioned.is she’s too nice. so like. when clerks tell people to have a nice day. One of the reasons i like London so much is the clerks. They don’t make conversation. they’re like ‘yeah ok i’ll ring you up this item was $10’ and you give them a 20 or w/e ‘ok here’s your change’. i wish the clerks here were like that. but then.if they were it wouldn’t be one of the things that stand out about London and i might not appreciate it as much. they’re super reserved there. alrite cool you’re not going to talk to me when i come into your store. this is great. In terms of people. There are a lot of them but it’s a really quiet city cause people unless you want help w/ something they generally won’t talk to you. so i wonder then how they get on in bars if they’re like that. or maybe they just have really quiet bars. i don’t know i didn’t go to any while i was there. like they’re really nice. and they’ll help anyone who asks. they’re just not much for talking. oh london.
anyway back to my point. I don’t tell people to have a nice day unless i care. same w/ ‘how are you’. and w/ store clerks i don’t think they actually care. My uncle did that yesterday. I called to check in and he told me he’d be out for a bit and then told me to have a good rest of my day. like if it’s someone who’s not a clerk and is just saying it then it’s ok. and when clerks tell me to have one i’m either like ‘thank you’ or i don’t say anything. but valerie.........when they say it she’s like ‘you too’. if she just thanked them I’d be ok w/ that. or just didn’t say anything but i don’t think she’d go for that. i don’t wish most people unwell, exactly, i’d just rather they not make conversation at all. even at family functions i’d rather sit there and not talk. and that’s what i mean by valerie’s too nice. that seems like an unusual thing to not like about someone that they’re too nice. I’m nice but I’m not that nice. and that’s a reason why.
it’s like a reason i’m quiet is cause i like quiet people.
my dad apparently doesn’t like it either. er i mean when people ask how are you but they don’t actually care. i only know this cause my sister recently told me.
um but no. so i talked a bit about the mouse touchpad thing. um...........yeah so in my last entry............ ‘my laptop like most it has the touchpad in the middle. well when she goes to my computer she goes to the left. and i tell her ‘that’s not the mouse’. ‘. i’ve never seen one where the touchpad is on the left. it’s like ‘and for those of you just joining us..........’. it wasn’t bad it just seems weird to me to not know that. unless they’ve come out w/ new laptops in the last 1.5 yrs. that do. idk. cause that’s how long i’ve had this one.
and. well actually her grammar’s gotten better. but she uses.different words for things than i do. like if a guy’s attractive she’ll say he’s ‘handsome’ and not cute or hot. well to me ‘handsome’ isn’t cute or hot. like no that’s not the same thing. like ok. mario lopez is somewhat cute. when i say a guy’s cute i mean his face. w/ ladies it can be face or body. and when i think of a guy who’s ‘handsome’ i...........well for example this photo of chaplin: ‘http://classiccinemagold.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Charlie-Chaplin.jpg ‘. that’s not a word people use. and I know it’s maybe weird i’m saying that cause I use words like ‘wardrobe’. as in armoire. when i get new clothes i just say i got new clothes. no but valerie’s hispanic. i don’t have anything against hispanic people but.............it’s not quite fitting that she’d use a word like handsome given she’s hispanic.is all. but see for a small white irish [well.....................like 4, 5 generations] lady like me. using a word like ‘wardrobe’ as in armoire [which btw i think was the orig. use of it] is fitting.
also. well when we were at the store recently she tells me she’s going to get a smaller basket. and so i’m thinking they have smaller ones? no she gets a cart.not a basket a cart. but i’m picturing you know.a shopping basket. i’m a really literal person so if someone says something like that i’m going to take it exactly as they said it. um idinno. just her use of words.

um maybe there was more.......
