Airshow. in Voices Windward

The Wales National Air Show is in town and like most I was captured by the technological marvels and amazing skills presented… Then I walked through where they had the ground show and I turned sick.

Kids crawling all over Army Light Armoured Vehicles playing with 50. cal machine guns, others dressed up in Police riot gear and bashing each other… six recruitment stands for the military…

Utterly appalled at the horror show presented in this new format for the airshow.

I understand that a degree of military fetish is going to occour, these vehicles, particularly the historical ones are airforce and so are the pilots, but flashing the warface and branding it to the kids?

I’ve been the actual military parades less blatent.

I guess thats why the Red Arrows are respectable, because dispite the fact they are RAF and combat pilots they fly as an airobatics team in bright colours non-combat planes…

Also the love heart… come on…

Anyways more tomorrow....

P.S. .... you are not supposed to be able to see the top of a Chinook haha…
