Day 2 in annoying exercise book

Today was an hour and a half of jiu jitsu followed by half an hour of running. Or almost half an hour. I barely made it two miles, if even that much. sigh It's true what they say...it's easier to keep up than to catch up.
I just want to curl up in bed and sleep, but I have to get ready for work in a few minutes. Joy. Maybe a hot shower will make it better? lol. My quads are soooooo freaking sore. Walking is almost painful. Ah well. Feel the burn, right? Right.
Tomorrow there are no classes at the dojo, but I might still get up and go for a run. Maybe not tho. I might let Saturdays be my day of rest and then go running after work on Sundays.
I did just have chocolate ice cream cuz I was starving. Oops. hehehe. I'm such a dork.
