I am an Anarcho Sydiclist, which means I belive in both liberty of the person and mutual aid of the community.

I understand the concerns with EU, central organisations inevitable breed corruption, and in a capitalist society over a population who are atleast 50% governed by right wing, conservative principles this is a major concern.

The EU is not infalliable, it is however overwhelmingly composed of left wing and socialist networks, both voted and appointed and it has done more the end cultural divide, centralised economics, social division, animal abuse, corporate profiteering, dangerous working conditions etc than any other organisation of people the world has ever known.

I belive in reform as a revolutionary weapon and I hope during this task of reforendum one of the benefits is that people actually learn about how the EU works and what it does beyond let Romanias claim benefits in Scarbough.

The commissioners of the EC is composed of 28 people, the president is proposed by the European Council and Elected in by the European Parliment. The Council and the President then appoint the other 27 members.

The council is formed of he heads of state, along with President of the European Council and the President of the European Commission, sometimes addition representives take seats depending on the issue.

This multi pronged democratic model is convoluted yes, but it allows for people with the right skills sets to be put in positions of influence by elected heads of state, it takes the best elements from British, French and America governmental models.

Currently the president of the EC is Jean-Claude Juncker who is a Christian Conservative a base I can’t say I am a fan off but respectfully he has had a very successful track record and done a lot to build unifed infrastruce across Europe.
