• A man with a weapon that is easy to get whose sole existance is to be a stylised device to kill people outside of a war zone, kills people outside a warzone with stylised device.

• Religious person kills sinners
• Nutjob kills fun lovers
• Mentally unstable man kills people after being ignored by services whilst becoming infatuated with a fanatical movement his father promotes.

Look beyond the banner calls and appeal to chosen focus, the appeals to nationalism or war fury, the politicians already manipulating information to their benefit while ignoring and negating the context of what happened.

A man with mental and personal difficulties who has been raised into a fanatical version of a faith in a nation that encourages a society which disengages and provides little communal support, attacked a killed people who via racial and sexual identities find themselves a close pocket of community in a nation that oppresses them with a readily accessable weapon.

Do not ignore that this happened to homosexuals.
Do not ignore that this happened to people of colour.
Do not ignore that this happened with an AR15.
Do not ignore that this happened in a homophobic country.
Do not ignore that this happened in a deeply racial divided city.
Do not ignore that it took 3 hours for police to enter.
Do not ignore the hate pouring out.

But thats just my personal narrative.
