Sex, pictures and bananas in blackpropaganda

I wrote an entry earlier and lost it. So here are the main points!
1. How long will this great weather last? At the moment it seems until after the weekend. Shorts and sandals weather - and what’s great is that half of England is under cloud and really chilly - tough!
2. Called in at the home of my old colleague who is now in a home. His children are sorting out his house - and were not aware of how valuable his art collection is. They are letting it - and need to make sure the pictures are safe.
3. As for pictures. We were wandering around town with our obligatory ice cream cones (rum and raisin) when I saw one of my watercolours in a charity shop window. So I wondered who had put it is - and checked my records from the info on the back - it was bought from an exhibition by a local businessman in the mid 1990s, and is being offered at the same price he bought it for. This means my paintings have gone down in value in twenty years - given inflation. C’est la vie.
I thought about buying it back - but reason prevailed - and I hope someone buys it for the charity.
4. Saw the first half hour of the new French made - in English - history of Versailies (called Versailles!) It contained a couple of bouts of shagging, rather lovely breasts, and some gay fellatio. I gave up after that since I was confused by all the blokes with long hair - and the sex being soft porn - I must admit the torture scenes had some authenticity. I cannot see it being a hit - you can only take so much shagging – as the actress said to the bishop.
5. I found this picture from a window display in Spain which I may have used before - not sure if they are for men or women - women I guess - but the meaning is clear.
