When we found this recipe I was instantly hooked. Not only is it easy, it is sooo good!!!

2 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 lbs pork side ribs, cut into 2 or 3 bone portions (I use country ribs)

Combine brown sugar and flour in medium saucepan. Add water, and stir.
Add the rest of the stuff. Heat and stir over medium heat until boiling and thickened.

Layer ribs and brown sugar mixture in 5-7 quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

These ribs fall apart and melt in your mouth :)
