**What countries did you visit? What do you think I have money or something? ha. Nowhere as usual.

What would you like to have this coming year that you lacked this last year? A house please! More time with family would be nice too.

What date from this year will remain etched upon your memory and why? No specific dates in mind but Lilly's second birthday, as well as my mom's health going in a downward spiral the last couple weeks will be etched in my brain I'm sure.

What was your biggest achievement of the year? Not going postal on crazy patients? That counts right? Well, I did run three 5Ks which is the most I've done in a year and shaved a couple minutes off my time. Still a very slow time but I'll take it. Also getting down to my current weight of 122 without really trying.

What was your biggest failure? Probably not getting a house like I really hoped and planned for. But we have made many steps to get the process going such as building up my credit and paying off old debts so I'm pleased about that.

Did you suffer illness or injury? Not really, just my back started hurting me more. Had another MRI tonight, a lumbar one this time. My back was on fire the whole time along with intermittent muscle spasms. Was horrible. Hopefully it shows something.

Where did most of your money go? Rent and our "new" car

What did you get really, really, really excited about? Our new car, moving way closer to my work, Lilly's birthday and Christmas.

Compared to this time last year, are you:

Happier or sadder: Happier.

Thinner or fatter: Thinner

Richer or poorer: Probably same, maybe poorer

Did you fall in love this year? Nope

How many one-night stands? soooo...many....not.

What was your favorite TV program? Breaking Bad, Dexter, Grey's anatomy, Shameless

What did you want and not get? A house, a raise over 25 cents.

What kept you sane? Tara my friend at work, Jesse and Lilly.

Who did (do) you miss? My mom. She has given us a few more scares in the last couple weeks to the point where I didn't think she was going to make it and am still worried about her. Luckily get to her on Saturday to finally celebrate Christmas and she wont be in the hospital so that's a plus.

Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned this year: Always be grateful for the things you have and not what you don't have. Worrying doesn't help any situation and what is going to happen will happen no matter how hard you try to change it. Have to learn to relax and leave things in God's hands and it will all work out in the end.

Will write a real update soon!**
