Dark forces, be gone!
Time and time again,
I’ve told you that I’m done
Don’t try to drive me insane

I’ve got things to do
Don’t disturb me!
I don’t need more problems from you
Stop trying to steal my energy!

I mind my own business
I’m trying to be good
but you keep trying to make me feel (rest)less,
like I always know you would

Dark forces, be gone!
Just leave me alone
Let the past stay in the past,
and only God knows what’s best

So dark forces, be gone!
You may believe that you’ve always won
but I’m no quitter and I think I shouldn’t be
as long as I always have God with me

Just be gone…
I refuse to give you what you want…
