Naked yoga. in Et tu Brute? The ides of March must mean spring 2016!

Yup. Me, in the spare room at my dad’s 😱 ! I don’t know what it is about this house but I always sleep like I was after a gold medal for sleeping when I’m here. It really leaves me feeling foggy headed though ☁. Add to that my 10k run on Friday - after which I didn’t stretch 😈 - and spending all day today with my sister, her boyfriend and her two kids at Lotherton Hall, well my body feels as though it has seized up! I do have my Lush yoga bath bomb at home but, as tomorrow will include a morning run followed by a long drive back home I figured a bit of yoga would be a good plan…

But I had my jeans on, which aren’t spectacular yoga attire. And I was getting ready for bed anyway. So, naked yoga it was..!
