Today it is 5 weeks til we go to Barbuda 😎☀️✈️⛱and I am feeling quite excited today. My cousin and his wife are coming over tonight to discuss final plans and what we want to bring food wise and have ordered. We can get most things there, but we like to bring our own coffee, ☕️snacks, 🧀, maybe a pasta or rice mix because we like our brands and it is cheaper to bring from home. I had picked out my clothes a few weeks ago and they fit and I am tempted to try them again but won’t until two weeks before. One reason is that I am still wearing that binder from the fat grafting so it makes things a bit bulky. I must say tho that with this fat grafting, my stomach has NEVER looked this flat—WOW!

Other exciting news is that my oldest GD, PrincessE who is 13 and a gifted musician, is going to be playing her violin 🎻at a wedding! My daughter, who is a photographer 📷 is doing a wedding today. She had posted a video of PrincessE on FB playing the violin. The bride-to-be saw it and asked if PrincessE would play for her! It is a very small wedding, at the bride’s apartment and only about 20 to 30 people. At first PrincessE was not going to do it but she changed her mind. She will be behind a screen and my SS will also be there to ease her jitters. I am so proud of her.

Not so exciting news tho is that I have had a lot of pain in my knees, especially the one that DID NOT have the surgery. The pain was so bad I could hardly walk😩😩. I did ice them, which helped some and I started wearing the braces again. I do know that the anastrozole that I take can cause knee pain. I am seriously thinking of trying acupuncture to see if it will alleviate some of the pain. I have started taking some supplements but it takes a few weeks til those things kick in, if they work. Oh well, I will manage and i only have to take the anastrozole 4 more years🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Yay for flat tummies and pink sand!!!! I'm envious of both! LOL! Can they operate on the bad knee? Prayers for you AND your granddaughter's jitters!

I see the knee Doctor the end of May as I had gotten shots in them in November and would not be due for them again u til may. If I would have to have an operation, I would hold off as long as I could especially from being on vacay for two weeks! But I am half Ukrainian and we are strong, not weak! so I will tough it out as long as I possibly can.

I remember your last travels to Barbuda. I had to read up again on it and view photos - Google. I just can't get over how white the white sand beaches are and how clear and beautiful the water is. It's breathtakingly beautiful. I bet there are fewer tourists that go to Barbuda than go to Hawaii. I had never heard of Barbuda until I learned about it from you. Perhaps everyone knows about it in Florida or near Florida. That definitely must be the case. I'm so excited for you! You are going to have a blast! My daughter plays the violin just like PrincessE. As far as I know Katie never played her violin at a wedding ceremony. How neat that PrincessE is going to play her violin at the upcoming wedding ceremony. I think that's really cool! Well, I look forward to reading all about Barbuda again and I hope you will write about it while you are there. Will you be able to share photos here on Prosebox? I hope that you can.

No one knows about Barbuda it seems! We stumbled upon it and love it. Not sure if I can share photos here, not quite sure how to do it. PrincessE is doing background music mostly Disney stuff I think cuz she doesn't know much classical for the violin. Now if she was doing piano, she can do classical---she is so talented, she is taking piano lessons but she can also hear the music. I am quite envious of her as I can only read music. Yes, the sand on Barbuda is gorgeous---but you will be seeing some pretty awesome sand and beaches in Hawaii! Tell me,will you be seeing any black sand beaches?

There is a black sand beach (Waianapanapa Beach) on the Road to Hana so maybe we will. I think this will be the only opportunity that Kelly and I will have to see a black sand beach so I hope the van will stop so we can take a look and take some photos too. As far as not knowing about Barbuda, I think most people have truly never heard of it. I had not heard of it until I read your entries in the past. So PrincessE plays the piano too? Wow! She's very musically inclined.
