12:44 AM in I'm About To Have A Nervous Breakdown

I wrote this earlier and deleted it but here we go again.

Almost ended up in the psych ward again.

While super intoxicated I carved my wrists up pretty bad.

Some days i feel like I can live forever while other days I want the pain to stop immediately.

My therapist quit at the facility I go to and I’m too afraid to open up to someone else…
