I accidentally bought a banjo in Day to Day

We went away last weekend (31st-1st) to Stratford upon Avon to celebrate the dragon’s birthday. It was nice. We stayed at a hotel, went swimming in the pool, went to visit Shakespeare’s old house (he wasn’t in) and looked around the town. It was very nice. My diet went slightly out of the window, but I can have a day off. I have lost about 5 kg since Christmas.

The weekend just gone was scheduled to be a Devon Weekend, but that was cancelled due to my sore throat. It’s better now thanks for asking. We will go to Devon this coming weekend instead. Instead of going to Devon at the weekend we went to Bristol and saw the Chinese New Year festival, in the peeing rain. There has been a lot of rain lately.

I also accidentally bought a banjo.

I got it for £56 from ebay. I put a bid in thinking it was going to be far more expensive. Maybe it’s not as good as it looks. It arrives at the weekend, while I’m in Devon - Dammit. I’ll ask Sarah next door if she’d mind looking after it for me.
