Well, we are women now but still…

She’s been making the rounds in my newsfeed on Facebook.
We went to school together for a while, from middle school to part of high school. She had this really long hair. Back then, it was the thing to have really long hair that was yours. Not braid extensions. One was worshipped for long hair. And she was really pretty. And has a great body even to this day.

She is really sweet and has a thirst for friendships that crossover into clingy. She always wants to hang out and do something because apparently she has no other female friends. She may attribute that to them being jealous of her and her looks but I can tell you want it is.

I don’t mind that my friends are beautiful, star quality even. I know going out that there will be all eyes on them/her. And as sweet as she is, she still flaunts and throws her beauty out there and HAS to be the center of attention. When it gets irritating, then comes the “what did I do?“‘s and “She’s just jealous” conversations that leave her with no friends. I did some trolling. She couldn’t even just take a picture of her child’s football team without doing an overhead selfie shot with the kids in the background. She had someone take a picture of someone that I guess may be her grandmother or mother, I don’t know, herself and 4 of her children. The child in the back, though tall, only her head/face was seen in this picture and her caption was Happy Birthday to this daughter. She, however, sitting front row with a short dress on.

I don’t have any friends because I outgrow people, situations, and things. My friendship lack is not because I’m gorgeous, I know it, the world knows it and yet I still need to suck up the attention of everyone around me.

I don’t know…
I’m done.
