1- still not pregnant- It’s making me depressed at times. Trying to stay positive.
2- didn’t get the promotion I wanted- many people applied with much more experience and training.
3- having a VERY rough week with my students:
JW moved today- she was one of my lowest students academically but one of my most liked students due to determination.
TG was arrested for “disorderly conduct.” He had a texting/kik argument with another student, DW, and DW snitched. TG was questioned, became upset because he was not truly listened to and blamed for bullying and he was removed in cuffs.
DW met up with TG, they fought in a trailer park and DW ended up the loser even though he had a car full of people with him watching. He now is threatening to find TG and shoot him. DW is currently unaccounted for, cops spent the majority of the morning within my classroom questioning students since my students move from class to class together mostly being they are special ed students.
CF got into a fist fight in the hallway for an unknown reason with a boy I do not teach. He’s suspended for a week.
MH was removed from my class by a police officer and administration today for extreme disrespect/defiance. He was wandering my classroom trying to copy off of students, off-task talking, refusing to work on his own, arguing and cussing at our math specialist and arguing with the one-to-one assistant in my classroom, refusing to leave the classroom when instructed multiple times etc.
4- Chloe isn’t sleeping great this week because she is teething. She randomly wakes up whining and calling for me. I need her to get all these teeth quickly.
5- I got a speeding ticket- well a reckless driving ticket last week. I was doing 55 in a 35 because I forgot the speed dropped and just keep going. I have to go to court and it will be lowered, the cop knew me so I was annoyed he game me the ticket but I get I was in the wrong and deserved it. It just sucks.
