Rolling Thunder and meeting the worker! in The odd entries from life …….

Our weather has been more active the last days, yesterday night I had let Ziggy and Lola after their evening meal, they have been out a minute when there was a clap of thunder, in a second Ziggy had dashed into the kitchen and on into the lounge; only stopping that the hall door was closed.

Lola was still out on the lawn with out any intend to come in, Ziggy looked through the kitchen to the lawn massed that Lola was out that; Lola only cane in when she heard the sound of a dog biscuit bricking in two; then they came to gather in the kitchen!

We seem to get just the lightning followed by thunder, not the storms. Tonight I sat down to watch ‘Stargazing live 2016’ four nights of live astronomy on the BBC, a few minuets in all the lights and television went off, I sat thinking haw to get about with Ziggy in the room, then the lights all came on the television came to live again; just then there was a loud rolling clap of thunder that had me thinking if it was thunder or an explosion.

Poor Ziggy was rather unsettled for a while, Lola as usually wasn’t a bit disturbed! Ziggy sat on the other end of the settee as I watch the rest of ‘Stargazing’ Again tonight there was just the just the single lighting. I took Lola for a walk tonight, the night air was quite cold and clouds were passing by, in the gaps there was a dark sky and stars shinning like demands.
As we walked back Daughter’s cars went past, as we neared home I could seen her coming to meeting us, Lola was all over her; I thought we would meet Daughter coming home after her long day.
