It has been a few days in New Diary

It has been a few days since I wrote an entry. NOt much has been going on and I had nothing to write about. I have been doing a lot of reading. I finished that book State of Denial by Bob Woodward. it was a good book. The book was abnout the Bush[s policy in Iraq. It was a failed pol/icy according to Woodward. Bush administration kept up the façade that Iraqi insurgency was being contained all the while daily attacks and violence were increasing. They largely failed on the politicalAf front in trying to get an Iraqi government based on democratic ideals Valence between Sunnis, Hurds and Shiates were increasing and the country wasz degenerating into regional factions. Bush administration was aware of ll the problems it faced in Iraq but it lied to the American people insisting that coalition forces were winning the war and making great progress. After reading these three books about the Bush administrations war on Iraq I made a vow never to vote Republican again.

I haven’t been doing very good. Depression got the best of me. Felt very sad for some reason I am depressed because I think I will have to give up this computer. Been going over my budget for next month and I just do not have enough money to keep it. I will have to restock on food and that wuillk be expensive. Then I will extra exp3enses s If I keep the computer I will have to fork out a subscription to Norton.. That will be $29.99 for a year. Then I will have to buy hearing aid batteries. hat will const me about ten or eleven dollars.

I can’t make up my mind to get rid of the computer or keep it. I like having a computer and get a lot of use out of it. I keep a diary here. I play chess at Chess corner. I read the news online. I pay my bills online line. Since I am pretty much homebound computer and internet are my connections to the outside world. But i will be saving $133.55 a month and that extra money will come in handy, next month. I’ve been going back and forth wit h this thing in my head and I will not know how I feel abut it until I get my check.
