Fireworks from the Star of India.

My world is in as much order as it is ever going to get. Later I shall run to the shop to shelve books. Some of them may sell and so not appear on the inventory that we are doing on the fourth. Order doesn’t mean book order at home though. I have piles of new to me books that persist in growing as I continue to read Crais.

Right now, today, I feel filled with comfort. Gratitude indeed. What more could anyone want.

May I wish you a happy and peace filled New Year.

  • Himself: Working until five. Mexican for dinner last night and all but the hot sauce worked well. Tomorrow we leave very early for the Convention Center and work the museum space.
  • Herself: We made one error last night. We ate in Old Town which was jammed with Wisconsin Badger and UC supporters. Long wait for seat. Long wait to get served. Food was great tho.
  • Reading: Crais book about Maggie the police dog with PTSD.
  • Gratitudes: That I am alive, that my youngest can see again, that G feels pretty good.
