Yes! you heard it 92 inches of snow at Snoqualmie Pass. I was not ready for the snow. It caught me undergrad. The snow was coming down hard and fast. I had to scramble to find all my warm up clothes, hats, scarves, rugged boots. I was not prepared for the massive amount of snow I had to use my husband’s massive ski pants which were 10 times to big on me He had to wrap me up with his belt three times!
My husband was caught in the I 90 eastbound and had traffic backing up. He just happened to have his computer and watched the movie OUTCOLD!
I’m nice and warm sitting next to the wood stove WHICH IS TICKING, the dogs are sleeping –DAISY AND AVERY ARE CONTENT. Just made myself a cup of Pete’s Coffee
On a sad note –there is still that guy that is missing on Snoqualmie pass. He had all his survivor gear with him. It’s quite the Mystery.–perhaps he fell into a tree-well.–which can be deadly. You should always hike with other people.
I think I will get my snowshoes and play with the dogs!
