2206 gallons 9712 mem battery ( computer memory back up battery) TCC2 under voltage ( Number 2 truck TM’s 4-5-6 not at full voltage. A reset with Main Computer breaker and TCC2 breaker dropped for 5 minutes) Unit rebooted and CD-563 and e/2R fail codes. 2206 gallons. 9879 6298 these were on the head end. and gallons logged with the “note” for the outbound crew. 9712 was isolated and another placed on line. ETD Battery..a note for me and the percent of charge used was logged in. I could view that on the engineer screens. If not with in parameters I left a warning, but it is up to the crew to have it replaced

1100-1110-1115 ( inspection times) 1150-1210(DP inspection Times) 6270 1400 gal DP’s 6076 1200 gals 9642 3200 gals DIC Starter problems.
9642 is dead in consist tagged. Train was brought in 1X2 configuration, but most likely a unit was set off the head end previously

A “Love Note” would consist of the following, on a pre printed form I made and copied at work LOL:

DATE: JULY 30TH 2011 TIME 1230
UNITS 6270-1400 GAL DP 6076 1200 GAL 9642 TAGGED DIC STARTERS.
CARDS SIGNED AT 1110 AND 1201 AND WILL BE LOGGED IN BY ME
MENTOR CLEAR 1215 PM. DS NOTIFIED .. SAFE TRIP BOB BIG LIFT.
