I am up already I am not in any pain this morning. That is good. life is good. Chocolatechip and I had good time. yesterday. We plaid a game of 500 rum. She usually wins but I won this time. We watched Dr. Phil. It wasn’t all that good it was about a woman who could not say no to anything. She was way overextended in everything Then we had supper. She cooked tonight and it was good. Chocolatechip is a wonderful cook. F

Life is good with no arthritis pain. Life is very good. Watching CNN but not really paying that much attention to it. In the wake of all these shootings they are talking about how some states are pushing for more tougher gun laws. I think that might be a good idea. Now they are taking about some of the victims Jesus this is just so damnewd sad.

I read a little bit of my book last night. I am trying t o read this one book I bought called Bush at War by Bob Woodward. He was talking about the 9-11 attacks. Bush finally made it back to Washington DC. They were formulating policy about how to respond to the attacks. Bush said that they will not only go after the terrorists responsible for the attacks but those who harbor them. This came to be known as the Bush Doctrine.

So the 9-11 attacks were seen as an act of war not just an act of terror. Bush wanted to go after them and not with just a cruse missile strike. He wanted to go after Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. They were in Afghanistan and closely connected to the Taliban. The problem was getting to them. A plan was formulated to work with an opposition group known as the Northern Alliance. They were to spend massive amounts of money on this organization and send in special forces units

Really got into my book this morning I didn’t like it at first but think it is interesting and will probably finish reading it. Hate buying a book and not reading it from cover to cover It is like throwing money away.

Well back to my book
