I am feeling a bit better. Arthritis pain subsided somewhat but still feel stiff and sore. This has not been a good day as far as pain wise is concerned. I have arthritis in my hips and knees. But the pain seems to be all over my body especially in my shoulders and arms. It is not a real severe pain. On a scale of one to ten with one being the least severe I would rate my pain a 3 It was a four when I first got up. Lets just say I am feeling very uncomfortable.

I want to stay away from CNN today. I don’t want to hear too much about the mass shooting. From last I heard it look like it might be inspired by ISIS. One of the gunmen was a woman and she was supposed to have pledged allegiance to the terror group. FBI is probing to see if they had any connections to known terrorists. What I would like to know is how were they able to get two assault rifles and so much ammo. Think it has been past time for this country to adapt some common sense gun laws. This shit has got to stop But enough of that right for now.

I started reading this new book Bush at War by Bob Woodward. The author was talking ab out the September 11 attacks and what the people in power were doing that day. The book is supposed to be about how Bush and Co reacted to the attack and how he reached the decision to invade Iraq and Afghanistan. It seems to be pretty interesting but I just haven’t gotten into it that much. I read the first two chapters and enjoyed the book but haven’t been into reading. Two much has been going on.

I am playing chess at this one site called Chess Corner. I love that game been playing all my life but I am not very good. I got eight games going. I think I can win this one game I am ahead in material and I have a pawn on the 7th rank. I might be able to Queen and beat the guy. Time will tell

Well Chocolatechip came up. She gave me an Ibuprofen for my pain. Hope this will help
