Wonderful Morning. in The odd entries from life …….

After a day or two’s illness I am feeling better, my Daughter was the first to go down on Monday evening, then my Son at work on Wednesday and I flowed him a few hours later. What every it was it had us running to the bathroom, and we couldn’t keep food down!

It was a liquid diet for a while, yesterday night we felt tired more than ill, I had a really good nights sleep with out waking up; when I awake it was to bright light streaming in to my room and the morning was wonderfully quiet.

I think my two are of to work today, I shall be choosing my food with care, and some house work to catch up with. The beautiful morning has changed to a grey still day with the sun picking out now and then; it’s not that cold and that’s nice ….
