And sometimes the inspiration comes from the very center of our greatest fears and the suffocating insecurity that burns the best bridges and closes the brightest of roads..

What color is your sky?

This is perhaps my favorite song of all time by perhaps my favorite band of all time. It doesn’t hurt that Gary, Nora, Josh and the crew are amazing people representing New Orleans and Lafayette proudly. I cherish having known them. Seeing them rise from obscurity performing in front of only 5 people then telling me they got signed afterward to putting me on their Guest List for their first show at the House of Blues to seeing them perform as guests of Harry Connick Jr. on American Idol.. they’re fantastic.
