surgery tomorrow in Everything

Tomorrow I’m finally going under the knife, or since this is going to be arthroscopic maybe I should say under the needle. I have a tear in my meniscus and hopefully this will fix it. Apparently the dr is going to cut around the tear, which seems to me like it would just be a bigger tear??? Anywho, I’ll be knocked out for the procedure and they gave me a prescription for a truck load of Vicodin. There may or may not be a drug induced stream of conscious, incoherent rambling, off on every tangent imaginable entry on Friday. I promise nothing. I plan on spending most of Friday drinking from a sippy cup and watching Spanish Soap Operas (I don’t speak a word of Spanish) in a Vicodin induced haze. Maybe play a little GTA. I’ve had Vicodin before when I broke/shattered my finger, I took one and felt no change in the level of pain I was feeling so about ½ hour later I took another one, I woke up several hours later confused as to why I had been sleeping on the kitchen floor. So I guess this stuff does work pretty good. I’m especially excited about the 25 or so stairs I have to navigate my way down after the surgery, I should have someone tape it, it’s got youtube written all over it. Anyway, wish me luck!
