i’m on this group text with colleagues/friends.
they were criticizing a former coworker of ours.
i understand and can empathize with them. however, i feel like we should lead by example. show people the best we can be. be transparent. be collaborative. be empathetic.
in the end, we get more by leading by example and by doing than anything else.
