The dance hall is silent and empty
The banjos don’t play anymore
The music is only a mem’ry
And the dancing is dust on the floor

Time to write, I suppose.

I am still watching TWD, but this seasons annoyance is an seeming inability to tell a story linearly. They have taken to bouncing back and forth in time so you are never completely sure when what happened. At least they go gray scale when they are in the past. Several shows have taken to “Six Months Prior”, “Two weeks Later”, “Five Weeks Prior”, “Five Months Later”…

What the hell? Am I supposed to have a note pad while watching a freaking TV show?

Just a sign of things to come where short-attention-span theater Millennials are now writing for prime time TV shows in between bouts of x-box and taking selfies.

Guilty pleasure lately. Supergirl. Melissa Benoist is right on the edge of being too cute. Especially in her Kara Danvers persona. I see way to much of Audrey in her mannerisms. Like I said guilty pleasure.

Exactly once Audrey did that pose as I was leaving after dropping off Mireya. Her shirt didn’t have that open of a neckline - she pulled the shirt down. When I reacted with my jaw dropping to my chest, she smiled. Winked. Then closed the door.

I miss that girl, as much for her playfulness as her beauty. And that soul.

The job search is not going well. Maine is a dead zone regarding employment if you aren’t in the medical field. I still have a few years left on my GI Bill eligibility so I might just take some writing courses. because you know, I seem to have lost whatever chops I used to have.

Vickie’s commercials just never get old. Those boots in the opening shot are crazy hot!
