Octobers over... in A Day in the Life of Me

and now life can go back to semi-normal. It’s sad as Halloween is done. We had a great year at the house, but sadly my life was to crazy to actually get any pictures this year!!!
The last Friday that we were open (oct 30) we have over 600 people go through!!! that is the most we’ve ever had!!!!!
We also had Hal-Con that same weekend. Sadly I didn’t get to meet one person that I was really gunning for (John Rhys-Davies) BUT I DID get to meet Kelley Armstrong and got my copy of Bitten signed!!!
Told her I was channeling my inner Elena Mich ales as i was dressed similar to what i pictured from the books and had my camera with me, lol. She said that was pretty awesome as she didn’t see many people cos-play her characters as it is hard to get a proper picture of a character from a book.

Also, for the fellow swagbuckers on here, I just cashed in for my first Amazon gift card!!! worked my butt off on it for the past 3 months or so and got the 10,000 SBs for the $100 one!!!!
I’ve already told D how to get on my account and how to do it so that when he goes on, we’ll get SBs back on what he gets for Xmas!!!!
and yes, i have a very specific list on there for him to get me from… lol

Today is the first day in a month that I have had ZERO things to DO!!! It was a day of nothing!! other then swagbucks, but i finally also got my new bedding on the bed!! I bought a nice duvet set from Avon over the summer, but i have had hard time finding sheets i liked to go with it, and also at a price I was willing to pay, but D also picked us up some new pillows, so while he was out at Games Workshop, I decided to surprise him.
I had managed to find sheets last week and hadn’t had time to put them on the bed, and well today, I got it all together!!! Looks great, now to just keep the cat from sneezing all over it.. lol
