I’ve never participated in this before, nor have I ever done a survey on PB or OD. Just not really my thing. To be honest, I rarely read surveys that other people do, either. It’s not that I don’t love you! They just don’t interest me. So why I’m interested in participating in NoJoMo, I don’t know. We’ll see if I am faithful to it. Here are the prompts for this month:

So, here goes Day One:

Day One: What are the top five things to do/places to visit on your bucket list?

  1. Get healthy so I can have a happy, active old age
  2. Retire in financial comfort
  3. Go to Hawaii
  4. Spend a week at a spa or beautiful seaside resort being pampered - massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, etc., and attractive cabana boys bringing me healthy lime water in the morning, and drinks with little umbrellas in them in the afternoon!
  5. Buy a little beach house

Jeez, does that sound like an old woman’s list, or what!!! I guess my dreams are not extravagant. I could choose to visit any place in the world, and I wouldn’t turn down a trip to almost anywhere. I’ve been to almost every state in the union and all the major national parks (Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, etc.); I’ve been to England, Iceland, and Mexico. Not all that well traveled.... but Hawaii is a very popular vacation destination for people in the Pacific Northwest and I’m just about the only person I know who hasn’t been there. The rest of the things on my list are self-explanatory.

And that’s it for Day One!
