Today was a very good day. I got a ton done and Lily was just a joy. I switched the radio to country music and she really enjoyed that. I find country music is the only station that I can find that is age appropriate for my daughter. I have never liked country music myself, but I am starting to enjoy it. (shutters)

While I was cleaning up the morning dishes Lily was listening to the music on the radio and playing with her toys in the kitchen. It made me feel so happy. It was very nice. She would take a break from her toys to dance and it just made me laugh and laugh. She loves to dance so much. I can't help but stop what I am doing and watch her.

My diet is doing good. I feel good about it. I really can't wait for the day that I can see a difference or at least feel one. It just takes time. My goal is to lose the weight and give myself a make over.

Ok, I cleaned the entire basement today and deck brushed the floor. I am exhausted. I will update again soon.

I listened to country when my kids were little. Then we stepped it up to Radio Disney. They play a lot of good pop songs and nothing too off the wall. [muted exposure] 1/10/2010 11:35:57 AM
