exposure therapy idea and my ex in The Wonderland Years: 2015. Done.

so i’ve been thinking about my ex a lot for some reason. i asked evan once if it bothered him when i talk about my ex and he said it doesn’t. um. so anyway. i’ve never been big on the whole idea of exposure therapy. to me it seems like the other person doesn’t care enough about their friend to be careful w/ them. that’s also how i feel about honesty. i’m not dishonest exactly i’m just not one of the most honest people you’ll ever meet. ya know it’s like ok so someone is afraid of balls. have them play baseball. thanks that’s harsh. i don’t agree w/ that. i might also not know a whole lot about it, so.
ya know. but lately despite this. i’ve had this idea. of. er for when i start going back to karaoke. of singing songs that remind me of him. of us. some benetar, etta james, um......... so much happened after that feb. 3 yrs. ago this coming feb. that there really wasn’t time. idinno i think it might help.
