Between a rock and a hard place.... in Secrets from myself

Two of the guys I really like have lost their jobs. I haven't heard the details about the latest one. He's a really capable guy - can do anything well. But he's not terribly dependable. I'm not sure how I'd handle him if I were his boss.

It's funny the first one bothered me more. I was more surprised. This time I'm sad. I don't know if I want to keep going to work.
