Time I think - my bed is calling! in The odd entries from life …….

It’s midnight on the edge of Sunday and Monday, out side it is wet and windy as forecast, so I suppose it will be wet all tomorrow; the autumn colours are showing now.

I saw some lovely threes starting to turn a rich browns and deep yellow, that was when I was coming out of Truro on the Park and Ride bus, when the weather is clement I shall get out with camera in my in hand.

I’ve watched the first blu-ray disc of ‘The Return of the King’ the third and final story of ‘The Lord of the Wings’ This story is two hours on each disc, so I found myself in front of the television for a half an hour than I expected.

I like a good story of length, that a part of why I enjoy ‘Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy’ and ‘Smiley’s People’ the script are very good, and the stories have a sense of reality a quite different from ‘Bond’ fast cars and fast ladies!
