Riverfire tonight in Stuff

Omg I am friggin exhausted!
I guess that’s what I get for working in retail on the day of Riverfire.
Plus with all these new ‘jobs’ etc we have to try and fit in the same hours on top of my usual job ergh. Management really needs some proper organisation in my store rather than just pretending everything will be okay.
I suppose today was the exception. It won’t ALWAYS be that busy. I swear I filled the ice-freezer at least 5 times, and other stiff filled it at least twice each. People just go insane on Riverfire. One of my workmates said he’s booked a highrise in the city for it, and every single hotel is fully booked out. Doesn’t surprise me.
I was at work yesterday when they did the practice-flyover with the Super Hornets or whatever they use these days. Whenever I tear them, I think a terror attack is happening. Each and every year, I totally forget about the practice-run and then when I hear that roaring noise from above, I’m like ‘SHIT!’ Dunno if I’ll head down for it. It’s always way, way overly crowded and I’ve seen in so many times before. Might be boring and watch it on the TV.
