So I’m 10 weeks pregnant now and my baby is approximately the size of a prune and looking really baby-like with miniscule little organs working away in there. Its kidneys are apparently already filtering urine. Crazy huh? Even though it’s my 3rd baby, I still enjoy reading what my baby is up to each week because there’s a lot to remember and you forget. Plus, it makes me feel a little better about the times I feel sick, tired and miserable.

I have had good days and bad as usual lately. The weekend was almost perfect! The 17th was our 5th wedding anniversary so on Friday night my MIL came over to watch the kids while we went to a movie. We all went out for a delicious dinner first. There’s nothing better than a big restaurant meal when I am starving. I had Caesar salad and a roast beef dinner. Caesar salad tastes amazing to me lately for some reason lol. Miles even likes it which is weird for a kid so little but also great. Cody was pretending to be cookie monster at dinner and he ate some salad for once too.

After dinner, Mike and I went to see the second Maze Runner movie, Scorch Trials. It was pretty interesting. There wasn’t much to choose from. We haven’t had a night away from the kids in a while. It was only a couple of hours but it was nice :)

Cody loves school now lol. He said it’s so much fun and he was actually upset he couldn’t go on the weekend. He sings and dances around in the morning cuz he’s so excited to get on the bus.

Miles caught a cold on the weekend. In the night he sneezed over and over and we had to put his soother back in when he cried about 6 times. Soooo annoying! Lol. Mike and I have the cold now too and I am just waiting for Cody to get it since we have tried but they have shared drink containers a few times.

9 days until my first ultrasound! Can’t wait for confirmation that this baby is ok! I’m feeling pretty confident about it :) I can hardly wait to have a newborn again!
