Would you ever parachute out of a plane?

I have done, several times. Thoroughly enjoyed it too 😁✈

What’s the most daring thing you’ve done?

Hmm, daring comes in many shapes and sizes - you could consider jumping out of an aeroplane daring, but is that more daring than moving to another continent alone or changing job completely. The other TA who started at the same time as me says no to some of the things she’s asked to do because she’s scared that she couldn’t do it - I say yes, panic internally and get on with it. My comfort zone is often left far behind. Those are the daring things that I think I do.

When you are at the grocery store, do you ask for paper or plastic?

That isn’t an option here in the UK, however I take plastic boxes with me, fill them in my trolley as I go around and then put the shopping back in the boxes once I’ve paid for it.

True or False: You would rather eat steak than pizza.

No, I definitely prefer pizza 🍕.

Did you have a baby blanket?

Not that I know of. I didhave an eiderdown though, it was brown with a leaf pattern but I loved the feel of the feathers in it and used to try to get them out of it. One day I cut a hole in it so I could reach them more easily. My mum mended it but told me that she’d throw it away if I cut it again. But I wanted to touch those feathers again. I really, really did.
She was so cross with me, I was so devastated when I realised that I would never see my eiderdown again.

Have you ever tried to cut your own hair?

I have succeeded in cutting my hair many, many times.

How did that turn out?

Shaved, hacked and fringe trimmed. It sometimes looked how I envisaged it and sometimes it didn’t.

Have you ever sleepwalked?

No one had ever toldme that I have. I really wanted to sleepwalk like Heidi did, probably because of all the attention she got!!

Have you ever had a birthday party at McDonalds?

No I haven’t, revolting and horrible place!

Can you flip your eye-lids up?

Eeeeewwwwwww!! Gross! 😝

Are you double jointed?

The term is hypermobile and no, I’m not.

If you could be any age, what age would you be?

I’m happy with 44 😁

Have you ever gotten gum stuck in your hair?

Ahem, well… It’s not that I, erm, well… meant for it to happen, I just thought I’d save my gum behind my ear while I ate dinner so I could have it later.... I had a bald patch behind my ear for a while after that. Kids eh… (I was actually 20 when this happened…)

Do you ride roller coasters?

I haven’t ridden one in a few years, about 3 years maybe? I love a good, old fashioned wooden coaster but a modern metal one is also always welcome. But it has to have a journey, none of this Oblivion Crap where you go round a corner, drop into the abyss and it’s all over. I like loops, climbs and drops. I like a good, fast corner where centrifugal force shoves you to one side then the other.

And I scream, I scream every ounce of that coaster ride out of me as I go around.

In lieu of the real thing, I often go on POV coaster videos on YouTube. But they lack a lot of the good stuff.
